Delivery and Refund Policy
New York Box wants you to have the best experience possible with its products and services. If you are not happy with our products or services, you can always reach out to us and request a refund as long as your request meets our refund policy.
Please read the following return policy carefully before purchasing a product or service through this website.
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product you ordered, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
- If you want to exchange or return a product/s for reasons, such as wrong order, damaged or faulty product, and others, you must inform us about the refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product/s. If you do not inform us about the same within the given time, the product/s will be considered sold, and we will not be able to accept your return or exchange requests.
- You MUST inform us about the return or exchange via email to nyb.com before returning a product. Please mention the following in your email:
- We only accept returns from the same address to which the product was delivered. If you return a product/s from a location other than the delivered location, you may have to pay additional charges. We strongly recommend that you avoid doing this and use our returns collection service.
- We may not be able to fulfil your return request if the returned product does not arrive at our warehouse within 20 days of you receiving the product.
- Once we receive your product, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you that we have received the product.
- Your returned product will be inspected for damage and quality. The returned item must be in the same condition as received, that is undamaged and unused with their original labels and packaging.
- After inspection, we will notify you whether your return request has been approved or rejected. We will refund the total amount by your original method of payment.
- We strongly advise you to check the product thoroughly once you receive it and do not dispose of the original packaging.
- The returned cost will be refunded excluding the shipping cost.
- Sale items are final sales, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. There will be no cancellation after 12 hours of placing an order except for extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday).
Refund payments may take up to 14 working days to process. Unfortunately, the refunded amount doesn’t include original shipping charges and handling fees.
